Yo! What’s up? Are you having fun? That’s what it mean in Thai language. If you wanna see more of the surroundings, checkout my previous visit post HERE. Sanook is back again with its sold out famous couple Xmas meals. Last year 2010, many were left dissapointed due to walk in without booking.
With a new chef in the house, this year the Xmas food were given a Bahamas taste. The new chef, Chef Nathan were former Club Med, Bahamas. Jump into the main point …..
Christmas Dinner 24th December 2011 (Saturday)
RM133++ per pax with complimentary bottle of Bolzano Tempranillo Red Wine (for 2 to share)

Bright red ruby color with violet tone. Aromas of rip red berries. Fresh well balanced taste with a long finish. Great to go with red meat or pasta.
You’ll get a starter, main course and dessert. A complete meal to usher towards the Xmas count down.
The turkey is available on the carving table all night long. So basically you can have unlimited refill of that if you purchase the dinner set.
The turkey were paired with some good ol green grilled veges and to cut the oily feels.
Moving on the the starter, we were served with a Italian Pan-fried scallop with breaded honey tiger prawn
Pan Fried Scallop – just look how big and juicy that scallop ….. it is fresh, lightly seared and just perfect. Every bite can taste the freshness of the scallop which brings a sweet taste without the need to season it much.
Breaded Honey Tiger Prawn
Deep fried breaded prawn with chili dipping. Crispy and succulent!
Fresh black mussels soup done Mediterranean style
Fresh black mussel with a little chewy texture and top with bruchetta simply delicious. The soup may look little, but it is just nice and not too much nor too little portion.
Tempura Soft Shell Crab with leek and rocket salad
A fresh cut of salmon fillet. Thick and satisfying! To make it look cooked and yet still melt in your mouth sensation put Chef Nathan’s skill on the table to prepare this fine dish. Thumbs up!
KLCC On a plate ….. Just joking … it is actually Grilled Rib-eye steak ala Americane
done Medium rare, Nice job Chef! Juicy and not too bloody, just the way steak lover likes it. The mash were sinfully good too.
For the dessert, we were presented with Sweet creamy honey pineapple struddel in a wanton skin
To avoid disappointment, make your reservation ahead. If the order is overwhelming, the restaurant still got time to extend and plan ahead for the big night.
