Next we were served with beef tendon balls soup cook with salted vege. There are quite a number of participants who don’t take beef. On my table, there are 3 guys and each of us swallow at least 6 pcs of these beef balls. We can’t get tired chewing on these great stuffs. Each piece were hand rolled and very very bouncy. I wish I can do Steven Chow’s style of testing out the bounciness of these beef balls. End up I don’t do it. 😀

Stir Fried Fresh Choi Sam with Flowers

Aubergine cooked with Chili, pork and black mushroom in claypot. I am not a big fan of aubergine but as a foodie I must try! Guess what it taste very nice! The gravy is cooked with tauchu sauce and the aubergine were very soft.

      No leh …. <5K inclusive of premium airline (MAS), stay 5 stars hotel, eat fantastic foods (no way you can go supper after that even me!)
