Recently I get to know 2 special person which recommended by Yap, a customer of mine. They are the people who deserve to be called real foodies who name is Anne and Cassandra.

Both of them operates a gourmet tour and travel agency which called Tour2U. Both of them were so PRO that a season foodies like me, CK Lam and Sidney were amazed with their experience in dining. We were invited to try out their friend’s restaurant located near before Aman Suria area which house a couple of famous seafood restaurants that serve crabs. The restaurant name is RESTORAN CITY STAR which you can’t miss whenever you pass by the 2 bumps when you came up from Tropicana cruising towards Dataran Prima.

Although they are famous for crab here, the boss cum head chef Mr C. M. Wong introduce to all of us with his list of best selling foods which reasonably priced and presentable as a banquet dish.

Mr Wong have been working in the kitchen since the age of 14 as a kitchen helper. His vast experience in preparing Chinese cuisines do get certain raw material provider’s principle to even promote his dish which uses their products like Marmite. Marmite are commonly used in coating fried chicken or pork. Besides cooking, he’s into Chinese tea leaf collection too which he has a huge collection of premium chinese tea leaves which he bought from China.
Char boiled Pure White Assam Tilapia Fish – RM35 per KG
This fish taste almost like Tom Yam but it is not as heavy in lemon grass portion. It is not too sour either and the taste of the soup is just good to be drink just like that.
