All the side dishes more or less the same. Maybe a little bit different of mixture between the greens. Yet the taste still taste as good. In Bali, they eat a lot of tuna fish. In the picture, there are a stick of “SATE LILIT” minced fish satay as well which taste like our Muar otak otak.
Iga Base Kalas [Balinese Pork Rib Curry] – RM23 per set
Braised pork rib in thick coconut milk, cooked using 100% fresh spices in traditional Balinese way. The pork curry carries a strong rendang like taste. The yellow coconut milk rice blend in just nice with the pork curry.
Bebek Menggoreng [Balinese Style Deep Fried Duck] – RM25
If you don’t like grill stuff, you can opt for this dish. The quarter duck is marinated for 2 hours minimum beforehand and then deep fried till the skin is crispy while preserving the meat tenderness. A good choice to replace chicken incase you bored with the normal stuff.
Choices of fresh hand prepared fresh juices to flush it all down
