Remark:
The ice are shaved till so thin and it feels like cotton candy in your mouth when you put it into your mouth. It is different from typical ice kacang as the ice blocks used are from the frozen juices and the shaved ice are much much softer.

Euro Deli Shop is warmly styled to mirror a Swiss butchery in Europe and is the first such specialised place in Malaysia. The cosy restaurant lets customers buy the food that they eat, allowing them the flexibility to cook the same dish in the comfort of their own home.

Great environment. Wide variety selection of german beers. Serving good pork dishes and known as the sausage king in the cuisine lines in Malaysia. This shops have very little tables and during peak hours for lunch and dinner, it is very hard to get table and you need to wait sometime for it.

We ordered a pork knuckle, 3 pork sausages and a pork medallion. The pock knuckle serving is pretty big. The sauce is cooked from onion and the pork knuckle is accompanied with saukerat (sauted cabbage).

The pork medallion is a piece of pork meat wrapped with bacons and cook it alla kebab style acompany with sphagetti fried with olive oil.

This is one of my prefered kopitiam in Penang. Under one roof there are so many top of the line dish which famous in Penang. The drinks here served are slightly different of what you all drink in the coffee shops so far. They cook their own sugar syrup and froze it. They put evaporated milk for their cold drinks.

My favourite dish in this coffee shop is the LOH DUCK KOAY CHAP. The duck wings are very tasty. Koay Chap is a dish where it use tapioca flour for the mee and come with a squarish shape and then eat together with the loh duck.

The Chee Cheong Fun here are served with chili paste and shrimp paste. Typical Penang style of eating Chee Cheong Fun. The Char Koay Kak also is very tasty but you have to wait for the que if you going to take away.

The slice chicken hor fun with soup. No need to say as illustrated in the picture. It is fantastic. Imagine we can’t ask for extra bowl of soup from the seller. He won’t give you extra soup just like that. He will ask you to order one more bowl. The soup is cooked with plenty of big prawns and without MSG. Dry version is pretty normal.

The chee cheong fun here is served the old school way with sweet sauce and green chili. Nothing special about it. The popiah is nice. Same goes for the satay. The way they sell satay here is pretty different. Let say you want to try out the satay. You no need to tell them how many you need. They will cook some and serve you in advance with mixture type of satay like the pig spare parts, chicken, beef and beef spare parts.

The best dish I had in Kong Heng is the custard pudding. It is served with a cold cup of plain water when you order. Some people will taste is too sweet and add a bit of water. For me is perfect. This is a fast moving item. Get there early or it will sold out before even lunch time. You can buy and store it in your home refrigerator. It taste even better.

This is the best place to find taugeh chicken in the day time. The taste is pretty close to Onn Kee and Low Wong Bean Sprout Chicken.
