Recommended Foods : Shabu Shabu set with Nagomi broth. The Rib Eye and Kobe Beef is a must to order.
Recommended Drinks : Some sake ?
Remark:
This is the best and most authentic Japanese Shabu Shabu I had in KL and Selangor area. The environment setup are very classy and is totally on a different level than conveyeur belt type of Shabu Shabu restaurants. Their signature broth were so good till you can just drink it like that.
As you can see, Nagomi do offer Kobe beef at a premium price of RM125 for 120Grams and if you think this is too expensive add on the Rib Eye at the price of RM21 to your shabu shabu set or take the RM39 Rib Eye Shabu Shabu Sets. It is really worth it. They do practice open kitchen concept where you can see your beef is sliced and weighted. QC is very strict here where you can see the supervisor is standing behind looking at the staff cutting the meats on a machine.

Remark:
This restaurant sells noodles and mix rice in weekdays. They just hung a small banner stating Ipoh Dim Sum available in front of their shop. Even the writings also started to fade off. The environment looks a bit run down as it is operated for generations. This restaurant usually patron by regulars only as the location is not a hot spot. All the Dim Sum are freshly made on the spot. If you want the freshest quality dim sum, try visit them at 5am in the morning. I came a across this restaurant which introduce by my friend a newspaper vendor.
