Comment/Remark:
The design of this restaurant is more towards like a fashion boutique I would say if we look from the outside. The whole shop is base on a lots of white color. Their menu book look also is very stylish and there are even customers who stole their menu book as a souvenier. This restaurant serves Chinese foods in the new concept of cooking. The way they serve tea also is more like a designer style of tea house. There are variety of nice foods ranging from Dim Sum, Mee and rice with ala carte dishes.
As a starter we ordered for a “Kai Lan On Ice”. The vege is placed on ice and eat with wasabi and japanese light soy sauce.
The signature dish of this restaurant is the caserolle and Shang Hai “Siu Long Pau”. This dish come in 2 size, big and small. The small is to serve 3 to 4 persons and the big serves double the small size. Within a clay pot, it consist of chickens, dried oyster, big prawns, white carrots, stew pork, mushroom, chinese cabbage and spinach cooked together. It is very very tasty and nice to eat with white rice.
Besides that we ordered crispy cod fish which fried with curry leaf and stir fry mongolian rib eye beef. You can expect a nice service here by just pushing a button. They are using the customer service concept of an airplane.
