The food is superb. Easily beat all the modern Kafe in KL like Old Town and Pak Li Kopitiam. All the foods are very high in quality, taste and freshness. The price is also cheaper.

The way they pack their ice blended coffee, gourmet coffees and take away in a very hygiene way which utilize seals.

Remark:
Kluang station is actually a kopitiam inside Kluang’s railway station. It is being commercialize and further expanded by the original Lim family’s great grandson Mr. JJ Phun. All their coffee beans are hand roasted. They still maintain the original food and drinks such as half boil eggs, hainanese coffee and toast bread which sold since 1938. The first modernized Kluang station were opened in 1Utama shopping mall.

The concept of their business is very similiar with J.CO Donuts & Coffee in Pavillion KL. The logo of both company is differentiate by a lady for J.CO and a building for Big Apple. Box and price structure also is similiar. We don’t know who copy who but there are differences in the flavour of the donuts offered.

Big apple has chicken meat floss and durian.

In terms of service, Big Apple is better than J.CO. For my taste I prefer Big Apple more than J.CO because the donut are softer and taste better. This is base on my liking only and it differ from every individual taste.
