To balance up the meal, there were plenty of locally planted veges where all were mostly cooked in the form of soups.

Mug Choi Soup

Yeen Choi Soup

And 2 crates of this Blue Ribbon beers to flush down the foods and chill.

My tour leader Ms Anne Tan (Tour2U Holidays) and a happy customer waiting to pour me some of the booze after this photo is taken.

The dinner was a healthy and satisfying one making everyone of us go back to the hotel with a happy smile.

This is my table where I dine with celebrity Chef Hugo Leong and other participants.

The restaurant business card and way to get here is as below if you happen to be in Zhao Qing to try it out.

The night doesn’t end for me where everyone going back to the respective room. I am honored to be able to interview Chef Hugo in person together with 2 other press reporters who join the tour.

Chef Hugo is a very humble and friendly person where he shares with us his experience, visions and cooking tips.

This tour is organized by Tour2U Holidays. There are another upcoming gourmet tour to China at first week of December 2010. They also provide easy payment scheme which you just need to pay RM500 per month (around RM5000 for the gourmet tour package) until December to secure your seat. When I went for the trip, there are more people who want to join in last minute but have to walk away disappointed as this is a very popular trip that it always fully booked. So if you want to avoid disappointment, make your reservation now by calling the tour leader Miss Anne Tan at 012-336 9337. I have made my reservation for it. How about you? This upcoming trip also will have Hugo Leong to lead us to all these gorgeous foods. Bear in mind that you paying a hefty amount of money to taste the traditional foods and not the luxurious sharks fin or abalones.
