Explore The Best Of Sarawak Food At Paya Serai, PJ Hilton from 7-28 Feb 2011

Do you have any crave towards authentic Sarawakian Foods like their laksa, umai, pansuh manok and many more? Wait no more and head down to PJ Hilton Hotel where there are handicrafts from Sarawak.

Sarawak laksa, a spoon of umai udang and some papadoms to start of my dinner

The kitchen lead by Chef Jamilah who were flown in from Hilton Kuching to cook all the Sarawak local dishes and keep it authentic.

The official opening of the event was officiated with all the senior management of the hotel and VIPs from the tourism industry.
