Toh Yuen PJ Hilton Serving Properity Yee Sang
Chinese New Year is almost here as you see more and more Yee Sang appearing in restaurant menus. In line with the Chinese Community tradition here in Malaysia, the more Yee Sang meals one have the more prosperous he/she will be in the coming year.
As we usher in the Year of Rabbit, Toh Yuen, Hilton PJ has prepared sumptuous and fresh varieties of Yee Sang and menu packages from 17 Jan to 28 Feb. Take your pick, be it the Happiness package or the Fortune package.
Toh Yuen even has 5 different variety of Yee Sang to choose from and it’s available for take aways.
We were served the Longevity package.
FATT CHOY ABALONE YEE SANG
An appetizing start to the dinner with Fatt Choy Abalone Yee Sang, with a perfect sweet & sour plum sauce.
BRAISED SHARK’S FIN SOUP with CRAB MEAT & ROE
As the tradition goes, what meal will be completed without Shark’s Fin. A tasty soup with fresh crab meat. For those who prefer to not have shark’s fin like I do, you have the option to change it to their Double Boiled Chicken Soup with Sea Treasures.
DEEP FRIED CHICKEN with TWO TASTES
One fried to the crisp and another with a spicy ‘bean paste’ sauce specially imported from Taiwan, a delicious combo.
