In conjunction with the holy month of Ramadan, Exccucino’s culinary team presents menu with over 50 buffet items, menu changed daily, with a range of popular Malaysian dishes from various states and home-cooked “kampung’ dishes.
Eccucino is setup in a hawker store style on various famous foods like Kampung Style Hot Pot soup, kambing bakar, beef and chicken rendang, lemang and ketupat. Below are some of the highlights of the buffet spread which I had the opportunity to try it out first which I find most of them taste real good!
Nangka Muda Masak Ikan Masin (Young Jack Fruit with Salted Fish)
Nasi Briyani (Basmati Rice Cook in Briyani Style)
Ikan Patin Masak Tempoyak (Cat Fish Simmered in Fermented Durian Gravy)
Home cook laksa penang, asam laksa and also Thai style laksa lemak
Udang Sambal Petai (Prawns with Chilies Paste and Pods)
Bubur lambok ….. tasty stuff!
Ayam Perchik (Malay Style Roasted Chicken with Fresh Herbs)

This dish only can get in Kampung and now in Prince Hotel
