Avanti’s Italian Chef de Cuisine Claudio Cucchiarelli showcases his finesse for crafting love inspired creations in a passionately orchestrated 5-course dinner menu with wine pairing, priced RM396++ per couple. Each couple also receives two Mandara Spa RM50 vouchers and a fresh stalk of rose for the lady. We are honored to be able to have Chef Claudio himself to sit with us during the whole dining session. With his vast experience in culinary and cooked before at so many places, his stories behind all the cooking are quite interesting.
For a start we were presented with a variety type of breads freshly baked from the kitchen together with some cheeses.
As a prelude for the meals, the Lobster Tower served with Zucchini and White Beans makes an enticing start to the love-filled evening. Chef Claudio deftly draws out the natural sweetness of the fresh lobster, accentuating its flavours with the delicate hints of deep-fried zucchini and the creamy texture of the white beans.
