UK Four Seasons at Capital Square, Chinese Restaurant From UK Serving Chinese New Year Poon Choi

In Klang Valley, we always heard of big Chinese restaurant names like Tai Thong Group, Oversea and Six Happiness for family dining. All this restaurants were the place where people will book for family dining on any occasion celebrations.

The environment are clean and neat plus the lightings create a luxurious ambiance where it is not too bright and not too dim. Just nice for dining environment.

For starters we were greeted with stir fried diced mixed vege. It is to be eaten by wrapping a leaf of lettuce and then put it directly into your mouth.

In augural for the upcoming Chinese New Year, the executive chef  has prepared some special set menus for the celebration. One of is is the “Poon Choi” which is affordable and tasty. It is meant for 6 pax dining which is just ideal for general families. Poon Choi is commonly cooked and eat at villages at outskirt of Hong Kong. Then recently it is getting more popular in Klang Valley where Restorant LYJ is the first to introduce it.

We have tried Four Seasons in KL during our previous trip to KL in early December and have yet to write about it. We were told that the quality has slacken a bit as compared to their initial opening period.
