The night was so much fun and I would like to thanks the management of Prince Hotel for hosting us and also great to catch up with all fellow bloggers which make our table so much fun!
Additional Guai Ling Kou which is not in the festival menu that come with sago, Chinese snow fungus, honey sea coconut
I tried eat this and then drink wine at the same time. Guess what, it taste better! The herbal taste from the jelly getting so strong that it leaves aroma in your mouth after you drink down the wine. Same theory where wine bring out the taste from your steaks.
I am going to talk more on my next post where we pair up Dim Sum and Wine ……
