??????? Steamed Mandarin Fish in Rice Wine – RM23
The fish were fresh from the aquarium and steamed with home made rice wine. The taste just marvelous. This is one of the signature dish here where most people order it. The fish is pretty cheap and taste real good.
???? Braised 3-ply Pork Belly
Just look at that piece of meat. The layer between the fat and meat is just right. Not too fat and not too lean. It is cooked almost like Dong Po meat style but this one more on the chefs special recipe.
???? Beancurd in Pumpkin sauce – RM2 per head
Bean curd with pumpkin sauce …. taste pretty new to me and it goes together very well. Basically the bean curd is tasteless and it depends very much on the sauce. I don’t know how to describe the taste for this but I like it. It is not sweet nor salty. Just very special.
??? Butter & Pumpkin Crabs – RM38 / kg
A seafood meal is not complete without the crabs. I am a sucker when come to crabs. Usually when we go eat crabs, we usually either grill it or fried it Kam Heong Style. We were introduced this special dish by Ms Ong saying this is their best selling. When she recommend me I was like errrrrrrrr ………. pumpkin and butter. How to mix together? I am falling for this upon the first bite. No more kam heong style for me. I want this ! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED TO ORDER!
??? Kam Heong Crabs – RM35
I ordered this just incase anything goes wrong with the first choice of the crab. However don’t belittle the Kam Heong Crab here. They really put a lots of dried shrimps which make the dish taste better than any other out there that cook the similar dish.
We clear both of the crabs in no time. Clean! and spotless …..

????? Clams (lala) in Superior Soup – RM12/RM24
The soup is so refreshing. You can taste the sea in a bowl from this soup. With a little hints of wolf berries and ginger to kill of the smell. This must be taken hot or the clam smell will come out pretty strong.

Food always kept warm in claypot
Nice on a cold weather or dinner when air getting cooler 
i have been there before,the boss is very nice, gave us many free
fruits and desserts, we felt very happy, until now also can remember. but the foods are also very tasteful, especially the clay pot fish clay pot rib with bitter gourd and also the clay pot ‘tau fu’.

I couldn’t really agree more to it. This is one of my favaourite spots when I was in Malaysia. The smell of the “Kam Heong” and the Butter crabs is already enough to take you all the way to the food heaven. Once you have a bite to the juicy meat that is filled with the delicious and aromatic gravy, you just couldn’t resist more. The other dish that I like the most is the “Ham Yue Fah Lam Poh” (THIN Sliced Pork with Salted Fish in the Pot). A simple and cheap dish, but it is one of the most delicious food around too. Anyhow, I have been to this restaurant more often than I can remember. In fact, every time I go back to Malaysia for my break, I will go to this restaurant as my 1st and must have food (Seafood in China is not something to shout about if it is to be compared to this restaurant).

I’ve added this restaurant to my preferred restaurant for crabs too
This is my must-go restaurant whenever I visit KL. The taste just remind me of the home-cooked food.
All very homey dishes – I especially like bitter gourd and pumpkin, cooked in almost any style.
