The yam rice is cooked with plenty of yam, soya sauce and spices which produce a very fragrant rice. The pork leg stew also is cooked till the pork meats are very soft and combine with the salted vegetable soup makes the whole meal in perfect balance. The salted vegetable soup is sour, pork leg stew salty and the fragrant yam rice makes you want to eat more due to the sour taste which makes improve your appetite.

    This taste totally different with our PJ version. Penang’s one are totally made from preserved salted vege and pretty sour.
