Sup Hameed (Famous For Sup Torpedoes) at Upper Penang Road

Upper Penang road have been the most happening place in the island when the sun goes down. There are plenty of pubs around that area. In the middle of those place, there are a special restaurant which sell Indian Muslim soups.

The restaurant name is called Sup Hameed.

The environment to dine here isn’t good either if you prefer to sit outdoor. It is in the middle of the busy Penang Road where all traffics are constantly flowing. However they do have a restaurant for you to sit.

All the soups were cooked in big stainless steel pots and constantly kept warm

All the meats were cut and put into bowl first for faster serving during peak hours.

    Topedo! That one looks like more mortar shell.

    The standard of Soup Humeed has been on a rollercoaster eversince they expanded. Sometimes okay, sometimes tak boleh. Nasib lah!

    Their fried chicke used to be good also. The chicken are fried in cocnut oil back then. Now, not very sure.
