Recipe & Baking Guide for American Lemon Baked Cheese Cake

    Ingredients A :

    Egg yolk 2
    Egg white 2
    Sugar 100g
    Cream cheese 350g
    Lemon 1 (for juice & grid)
    Whipped cream 150g
    Almond nips As you like

    Ingredients B :

    Biscuit crumble 225g
    Sugar 25g
    Cinnamon powder 1tbsp
    Melted butter 60g

    Methods :

    1. Mix all the ingredient B and press into the mould and freeze until it firm
    2. Beat egg yolk and sugar until fluffy; add in lemon juice, lemon grid and cheese.
    3. Beat egg white and whipped cream individually until fluffy and add into the cheese batter.
    4. Pour into the mould and bake for 45 mins, 180 degree Celsius. Take off from heat and sprinkle some almond nips on the cake and bake for another 25 mins and until fine cooked.
