I like the concept of BBQ item using that grilling utensil. At least you won’t get burnt easily.. haha. Anyway, the fish looked kind of familiar. It could be from one of the pomfret family. That’s why the flesh is smooth and fine. I’m not sure but it sure look like the “9 dots” pomfret to me (Kao Tiam Cheong)
