Yeah, the Dim Sum is very tasty and fresh. Especially the "ha mai" when you bite the prawn, the meat is so succulent & springy... Other dim sum like "ha gao", "hai xin mai", "char siew bao", "xi fu wan tan", "ha juen" also very nice. The most popular dim sum is my favourite "hai mai". I just tried the Dim Sum last week. Yeah, the Dim Sum is very tasty and fresh.
