J.CO is an Indonesian born franchise. They are growing at a very fast pace compare to all the fast foods chain. In Malaysia, their first branch is in Star Hill, Pavilion. There are use to be only one donut franchise in Malaysia which is Dunkin Donuts.
More people are going for J.CO donuts is because of their wide selections of donuts. Their local specialties are durian, glazzy, crunchy crunchy, oreo and many more. All the donuts are prepared using the finest flour and ingredients. You can see the donuts prepared at the back of the donuts counter. Usually during weekends, you will see a long que at the shop waiting to buy the donuts. Most of the people will at least pack 1/2 dozen.
Interesting to see that this country is embracing coffee as a fast food outlet. Im surprised. I would have thought that other types of foods would be first.
Soon rather than later, they will probably have brands like Keurig
and Tassimo be in their living quarters. I wonder what the buying behaviors are of people in the country? Do they buy a lot of donuts or a little at a time?
