Out of so many foods in Ming Tien, the best dish I had is the fried dumpling. The boss is from China and he made a good dumpling. You can order it in soup type or fried. In this time, I ordered a fried one. It comes together with a vinegar mixed with pepper and chili oil. In Japanese restaurant also they came with the same thing.
