New outlets opened up at Pavilion, Subang Empire and the latest one at eCurve Mutiara Damansara. Din Tai Fung has been voted Top 10 Restaurants in the World by The New York Times and has garnered 1 Michelin Star. Michelin Star standards require all the restaurant outlets to have a consistent quality and from time to time stringent spot checks were done to maintain the standard.

22012, Year of the dragon according to the Chinese Calendar. This year is the auspicious year which Chinese community believe that is the best year to do something be it business or personal. A family dinner is inevitable in all Chinese families where everyone get together to have a dinner during the first to 15th day of the Chinese Lunar New Year. This strengthen the bond between family ties and also business associates.
I believe most of you usually have a table dinner where the foods served one by one through out he night. Some of the members like the particular dish and some may not. So sometime that feels kinda wasted. This year I attended something out of ordinary hosted by Dorsett Regency Kuala Lumpur located at the old KL suburb area along the Imbi Road. They are doing it the buffet way for the reunion dinner. You may think that the food are so so or feel cheap on them. You are wrong! Read thru this article and the exact thing will be served on the buffet line on the night itself.
Upon seated, we were greeted with a golden fresh pineapple that for sure will freshen you up.

Melaka Best Kept Secret Seri Muara Alai Haji Nasir Ikan Bakar Village
1Down in Melaka, you know a lot Singaporeans and KL people drove down to Melaka for a weekend retreats. Most of the time, people tends to either flocked into the center of the town of Jonker Street or the Portuguese Settlement. Thanks to my Melaka Food Expert Jason Mumble who lead us here. Sushitei 2012 CNY Premium Yee Sang and Winter Promotions
2New year is just over and in less than one month time, Chinese New Year is coming up. This year every Chinese will celebrate it with a bang as the year of the dragon is the most important one. I don’t know much about the details but as usual this year I am trying something special under the invited review from Sushitei. Most of the invites were by Chinese restaurants but this time Japanese style.
Yee Sang tossing ceremony do not exist in Japan. But at Sushitei, they are creating a premium version which consist of high quality ingredients which most of them were air flown in.
